SellerSprite Review (2026): A Documented Bench, Not a Feature List

Bottom line up front

SellerSprite ships the deepest product-research filter set we found in this category, and a reverse-ASIN tool that reports keywords per child ASIN instead of lumping a parent together. Thirteen marketplaces. Every query encodes its full filter state in the URL, so a screen you build is a screen you can send someone.

Two things to know before you buy. On monthly billing the entry plan carries zero trackers; they appear only on annual. And the free BSR Sales Estimator is a category-rank model, not a product measurement, so it answers a different question from the paid tool and returns a much larger number. Size a niche on the paid figure.

Who it is for: sellers whose bottleneck is keyword and listing research, and anyone working more than one Amazon marketplace.

4.3
PROVISIONAL
★★★★★
Best for: keyword and listing research at depth, reverse-ASIN work across product variations, and sellers operating in more than one of the ten supported marketplaces.
Not for: sellers who need supplier sourcing built in, or anyone who wants tracking on a monthly entry plan, where the tracker quotas are zero.
Price: Basic $49/mo · Standard $98 · Advanced $158 · VIP $228, at list. Annual billing is described as two months free.
Why the score says provisional: every other review on this site is scored after months on live seller accounts. This one comes from a single documented bench on 26 August 2026. We publish the number and the basis together rather than implying an equivalence that does not exist, and we re-score at 90 days.

What we actually ran, and how to reproduce it

Most reviews of this category describe features. This one records a query you can run yourself and check against ours.

Run the same screen: sellersprite.com/v3/product-research · set Amazon US, monthly sales 300+, price 20 to 50 dollars, then apply the filters described below. SellerSprite encodes the full filter state in the URL, so the screen you build is the screen you can send to someone else.

We were given a Standard plan account on 26 August 2026 and ran SellerSprite against the same four research jobs every tool in our product research roundup is measured on: sales estimation, product database filtering, reverse-ASIN and keyword data, and Amazon market and competitor tracking.

The product-database brief was deliberately ordinary, the kind of screen a private-label seller runs on a Tuesday: Amazon US, monthly sales of at least 300 units, price between 20 and 50 dollars, no category restriction, sorted by units sold. It returned more than 5,000 matches.

Reproducibility

The filter state lives in the URL, which is rarer than it should be

SellerSprite encodes every filter into the query string, so the exact screen above can be handed to a colleague, pasted into a brief, or checked against by a reader. Thirty filters is a lot of state to re-enter by hand, and most tools in this category make you do exactly that. It is a small engineering decision that quietly changes how a team works.

What each tier actually unlocks

Four plans, and the gap between them is not where the pricing page implies it is. Prices are list, verified 26 August 2026.

Monthly list price. Tracker quotas shown are Product / Keyword / New Listing. Read from the pricing page, both billing toggles, 26 August 2026.

The line worth reading twice is the first one. On monthly billing, a Basic plan reports a quota of zero for the Product Tracker, the Keyword Tracker and the New Listing Tracker. The same plan billed annually carries 50, 250 and 25. Child accounts are annual-only as well.

That makes annual the real product rather than a discount on the same thing, and calling it two months free undersells what changes. A seller who picks the cheapest monthly plan to try the tool is not getting a cheaper version of the annual plan; they are getting a different one. Nothing on the monthly view says so, which is the part we would change.

Other pricing facts we verified

Annual billing is 390, 790, 1290 and 1890 dollars across the four tiers. Usage limits reset monthly on annual plans. There are no unconditional full refunds; refunds cover the unused portion of a subscription only. Upgrading from monthly to annual refunds the unused time in three to five business days. Payment runs through Airwallex card pay, PayPal or a credit card. API access is priced separately by volume, with a Competitor Research weekly trial at 6,000 requests for 99 dollars.

The free estimator and the paid tool answer different questions

This is the most useful thing we found, and it is a reason to pay rather than a reason not to.

SellerSprite publishes a free BSR Sales Estimator. Point it at Health and Household at rank 6 and it returns 10,848 units a day, or 325,436 a month. We then asked the paid Product Research tool about a real listing sitting at that rank in that category, and it reported revenue of $3,259,224 at a $25.21 price, which works out to 129,283 units a month.

Answers: what does this product actually sell?

Both readings taken 26 August 2026 on the same category and rank. Units for the paid figure are derived from reported revenue divided by reported price.

Neither number is wrong. They answer different questions, and a rank model will always sit above a specific listing that underperforms its rank. But the practical consequence is sharp: a seller sizing a niche on the free estimator is working from a market roughly two and a half times larger than the vendor's own paid data describes for a real product at that rank.

That gap is the clearest argument for the paid tier we found on this bench. The free tool is a fine sanity check on whether a category has volume at all. It is not the number to put in a spreadsheet you are going to buy inventory against.

Method note

One thing we nearly got wrong

Our first run pointed the ASIN estimator at the same product and it refused, reporting no ranking sales model for that category. Read alone, that looks like SellerSprite cannot model Health and Household at all. It can: the category sits in the BSR estimator's dropdown and returns a figure immediately. The refusal is about how that particular ASIN's main category resolves, not about coverage. We record it because the first reading would have made a cleaner headline and a false one.

Where the filter depth actually pays

Thirty-plus filters is easy to write on a marketing page. Here is what is in the set that is not standard.

Every product-research tool filters on sales, revenue and price. The question is what else is in the set. Here is what SellerSprite exposes, split into the axes everyone expects and the ones that go further.

The standard research axes

Filters read from the Product Research panel on a Standard plan, 26 August 2026. The second group is what distinguishes this set; we have not audited every competitor filter by filter, so read it as SellerSprite's depth rather than as a gap in any named rival.

Reverse ASIN reports per variation, not just per parent

Run a parent ASIN and SellerSprite returns 1,060 keywords. It then splits the same lookup across the child variations, and the distribution is the part worth seeing rather than reading.

Reverse ASIN, US marketplace, 30-day window, 26 August 2026. An all-variations aggregate is offered alongside these.

Two of six variations carry almost all the keyword surface. Most tools in this category report the parent and stop, which would have shown you 1,060 and hidden the fact that four of the six children are effectively invisible in search. That is a targeting decision you can only make if the tool splits the data.

The keyword fields come from Amazon Brand Analytics

The reverse-ASIN filters expose ABA rank, title density, purchase rate, conversion share and total click share, alongside impression share, organic and sponsored rank, and PPC bid. These are Brand Analytics derived rather than modelled, which is a different class of data from a scraped estimate.

There is also a word-frequency analyser. Across the 1,060 keywords in our test it ranked the vocabulary of the niche by share, which is the fastest read on what a listing has to say to be found.

Single-word phrase count, grammar words excluded by the tool. Percentages are share of the 1,060-keyword set.

Worth knowing

Sorting by units puts Amazon at the top of your screen

Run the default sort on a broad brief and the first row is frequently a listing Amazon owns and holds the buy box on, which is a perfect-looking result that a third-party seller cannot act on. SellerSprite ships exclude-seller and fulfilment filters that strip those in one click. That step is the difference between a list and a shortlist, and it is the first thing to learn here.

If subcategory BSR shows grey rather than green. This is not a plan limitation. Green indicates a live rank retrieved from Amazon in real time; grey indicates SellerSprite is showing data from its backend because the extension could not retrieve the Amazon front-page rank live. That is usually caused by slow page access, browser or extension conditions, or Amazon restricting the relevant page data for that account or network.

To troubleshoot it: open any ASIN in the LST page and check whether the live rank appears there. If it does, reinstalling the extension fresh in another browser should resolve it. If the live rank is also unavailable in LST, contact Amazon Seller Support and ask them to restore access to the relevant page data.

Who should buy it, and who should not

Three doors. Pick by the constraint you actually have, not by the feature count.

Standard $98/mo

Reverse ASIN per variation, ABA-derived fields, and a word-frequency analyser. This is the strongest reason to choose SellerSprite over the cheaper tools in the roundup.

If you need
Tracking on entry
Annual, not monthly

Monthly Basic reports zero trackers. If you want to track products or keywords from day one, the annual plan is the entry point, not the cheaper monthly one.

Where it is not the answer. There is no verified supplier database here, so a seller whose real problem is finding a manufacturer is better served by Jungle Scout. If the job is breadth across more than thirty modules with the deepest keyword tooling in the market, Helium 10 still leads. And if budget is the binding constraint rather than research depth, AmzScout enters lower.

The bottom line

A strong research instrument with one thing to understand before you rely on it.

SellerSprite is a serious product-research tool that earns its place in the category on filter depth and keyword data rather than on breadth of modules. The per-variation reverse-ASIN reporting and the ABA-derived keyword fields are genuinely differentiated, the ten-marketplace coverage is unusual at this price, and encoding the filter state in the URL is the kind of detail that only shows up in a tool built by people who use it.

Two caveats travel with that. The monthly entry plan is not a cheaper version of the annual plan, it is a different one, and nothing on the monthly pricing view says so. And the free estimator answers a category-level question that reads, at a glance, like a product-level answer. Neither is a defect so much as a place where the product could be clearer about what it is telling you.

Score: 4.3, provisional. Every other review on this site is scored after months on live seller accounts. This one comes from a single documented bench, and we would rather publish the number with its basis attached than imply a test we did not run. We re-score at 90 days.

Frequently asked questions

Is SellerSprite worth it in 2026?

For sellers whose work is keyword and listing research, yes. SellerSprite ships the deepest product-database filter set we found in this category, including listing quality score, rating velocity, sales-to-reviews ratio, BSR growth and FBA gross margin, and its reverse-ASIN tool breaks keywords out per child ASIN rather than lumping a parent together. It covers thirteen marketplaces. If your bottleneck is supplier sourcing or a guided first launch, Jungle Scout fits better; if it is keyword depth across more than thirty modules, Helium 10 still leads.

How much does SellerSprite cost per month?

List pricing runs from 49 dollars a month for Basic to 228 dollars a month for VIP, with Standard at 98 and Advanced at 158. A promotional rate below list was showing at the time of checking. Annual billing is 390, 790, 1290 and 1890 dollars respectively, which the company describes as two months free. Verified 26 August 2026.

Does the SellerSprite Basic plan include trackers?

Not on monthly billing. On a monthly Basic plan the Product Tracker, Keyword Tracker and New Listing Tracker all show a quota of zero. The same plan billed annually carries 50, 250 and 25 respectively. Child accounts come with annual plans and can also be purchased separately; they are not available on monthly plans. If tracking matters to your workflow, the annual plan is the real product and the two-months-free framing understates the difference.

How accurate is the free SellerSprite sales estimator?

The free BSR Sales Estimator is a category-rank model, not a product-level measurement. It answers what a given rank typically sells in a category. Asked what rank 6 in Health and Household sells, it returned 10,848 units a day, or 325,436 a month. SellerSprite's own paid Product Research tool reported 129,283 units a month for a real listing sitting at that rank. Both are internally consistent because they answer different questions, but size a niche on the paid figure rather than the free one.

What does SellerSprite do that Helium 10 and Jungle Scout do not?

Three things stood out on the bench. Its reverse-ASIN tool reports keyword counts per child ASIN and offers an all-variations aggregate, where most tools return the parent only. Its keyword filters expose Amazon Brand Analytics derived fields including ABA rank, title density, purchase rate, conversion share and total click share. And every query encodes its full filter state in the URL, so a screen you build is a screen you can send to someone else and they will see the same thing.
